The 2011 Tree of Lights tree lighting takes place Tuesday, November 22 at 4:30 pm outside in the lobby at Memorial Hospital at Easton. This annual event – now in its 28th year – is not only the first tree lighting in the community but kicks off the Memorial Hospital Auxiliary’s annual fundraising campaign. This year’s campaign will benefit the Requard Radiation Oncology Center of Shore Regional Cancer Center in Easton. In addition to the tree lighting, there will also be entertainment by the Bay Country Chorus and the children from the Shore Health System Child Development Center.
